Maintenance Technician

Seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team!

About the position:

We are looking for the right individual to join our maintenance team! Bieck Management is seeking a motivated candidate experienced in, but not limited to:
• Remodeling and carpentry work
• Ability to hang various types of doors including steel doors
• Experience with minor electrical and plumbing issues
• Deck rebuilds
• Window installation
• Masonry work
• Painting

Requirements:

Strong time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with and without direct supervision
Take direction from management
Must be available for afterhours emergencies (will be compensated)
